So, if you think I'm the type of person that thinks they're so "healthy" and tries to make others compete with me.. you're wrong! I want to share some health tips and help you on your way to a healthy balanced diet. This will include recipes & fun facts!

What is health?

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is a lot more than just eating the right foods. It's about striving to be the best person that you can be! Everyone has different tastes in food and clothing and even hobbies. So you can't put being healthy into a box. Although, you can put guidelines in place and tips on how to be the best in each category in your life! The word heal is in the word health; which says to me that if you're living a healthy life, it is a life of healing and rejuvenation.

Exercise is a physical way of getting yourself healthy and fit!
